Why should I register on this website?

If you're an artist, organisation or simply involved in the visual and performing arts, then the idea for this website is simply to help publicise what you do and for people to find out about you. Registering on this website would allow you to connect with others by providing features for you to add your news and information about yourself and your projects.



When did this online Community start?

This new version of the Chinatown Arts Space website launched at the beginning of December 2010, with the additional Community and Profile features launching at the end of December.



Why aren't there many Profiles?

The CAS Community hasn't been online very long, so at the moment, registrations are few.



What are your plans for the future?

The launch of this new CAS website in December 2010 is the start of a digital media plan that hopes to connect artists, audiences and organisations and support East-Asian visual and performing arts in the UK. Over time, the features and functionality of the website will improve and increase as a result of implementing our plans to support the arts and more importantly, as a result of feedback from you, our users.



I'm having problems with my Profile. Can someone help me?

Yes. Although we've tried to include contextual help text in the Profile pages, there's a chance that we've missed something out, or that a feature simply has a bug or doesn't work as you expect. The best way for us to help explain or rectify any issues is if you can contact us and include details of where the issue lies and what the problem is.
