New Music 20x12

Chinatown Arts Space is delighted to have been chosen as one of the twenty participants of New Music 20x12, an independent commissioning programme initiated by Jillian Barker and David Cohen, and delivered by PRS for Music Foundation in partnership with the BBC, The London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games, and Sound and Music.

The Customer Is Always Wrong Mandarin show in London
One of a kind artist, traveler and all round professional eccentric Bill Aitchison has been taking the citizenship test... in Southern China. Having recently performed his one-man show in Beijing, Shanghai and Xiamen, he now returns to the UK with insights, dodgy translations and a lot of plastic.
Performed in Mandarin with English subtitles.

After the successful launch of "Khon (Thai Mask Dance Theatre) Workshop for International Artists" in 2009, Arts on Location is delighted to announced that the programme will take place again in December 2011 in Bangkok at the prestigious College of Dramatic Arts.The application is now open for artists from all parts of the world to take part in the 5 day Intensive Khon Workshop, led by the great and nationally renowned masters of the College of Dramatic Arts, Bangkok.
